Men's Wearhouse
Bringing tailored service online
Men's Wearhouse built its reputation on a familiar kind of service: knowledgeable associates, practical style advice, and the confidence that comes from getting the fit right in person. Online, that expertise needed to be easier to see, easier to trust, and easier to act on.
The redesign focused on translating the fitting-room conversation into a more guided digital experience, helping customers shop by occasion, understand fit, discover relevant style advice, and move from inspiration to purchase with more clarity.

The Challenge
Men's Wearhouse had strong equity with customers who saw suits as part of their everyday work wardrobe. The brand was known for accessible pricing, broad selection, and hands-on fitting support, but the website did not fully express that expertise.
To reach a wider and younger audience, the experience needed to speak to more moments: first interviews, weddings, weekend plans, new jobs, and everyday wardrobe upgrades. The challenge was to make Men's Wearhouse feel less like a place customers visited only when they needed a suit and more like a trusted guide for dressing well.
The Solution
The redesign shifted the site from a product-first catalog toward a guided shopping experience. Clearer content modules paired style inspiration with product pathways, helping customers move from advice to action without losing momentum.
Editorial destinations like Wearhouse Wisdom, Street Smarts, and Big & Tall turned the brand's style knowledge into practical, repeatable content. These sections made fit, occasion, and wardrobe guidance easier to find while giving customers a reason to return beyond a single purchase.
Email templates extended the same system off-site, giving Men's Wearhouse a sharper way to share advice, promotions, and new content while driving readers back into the full digital experience.
