Cüte

Cüte is the thing I am working on outside of client work. A circular fashion marketplace, built from Munich. This is a short description in plain language, before any marketing copy arrives.

What Cüte is

Cüte is a circular fashion marketplace. The short version: a place where clothes get a second, third, and fourth life instead of a slow walk to a landfill. The longer version is still being written, because the product is still being built, and I would rather say a small true thing now than a big polished thing later.

The name has an umlaut on purpose. The logo has eyes on purpose. Most of the other decisions are still in flight.

Where it stands today

The docs site exists but lives behind a login. There is a preview environment. There is a visual identity. There is a small group of people who have seen early sketches and given the kind of honest feedback that only friends give.

What is not there yet: the public marketplace, the seller flow, the listing experience, the trust mechanics that any resale platform lives or dies on. Those are the next months of work.

What is next

The immediate priorities are the listing flow and the search experience. Both sound simple and both are not. Fashion resale has a long history of platforms that nailed one and missed the other.
